My Jesus ...

is a lover
is a fighter
is a shepherd
is a friend
is a protecter
has compassion
shows me His heart
knows me
loves me
never fails
is faithful
is victorious
is mighty
is strong
is glorious
is brighter than the sun
is the morning star
is the dawning of a new day
is perfect
is my strength
is living water
is a lion
is a lamb
is a King
is a servant
is a potter
welcomes me
is merciful
laughs
cries
sings over me
comforts me
hears my cry
answers me
is within me, beside me, around me, before me.
is so much more than what I know

I love my Jesus. I love all the little things, all the big things. I love the way He makes me feel, I love the way He grabs my attention, I love the way He moves, I love the way He breaks me into little pieces just to rebuild me into something that looks more like Him...more beautiful, more holy, more righteous...more in love with Him. I love that He wants me to see Him for who He is.... I love His purity, I love everything about this man, He has captured my heart forevermore and I love that He will never change  - Who He was, is who He is, and who He will always be. My Jesus is Holy and wholly mine.
